Take control of your
pelvic health.
We are here to help you thrive.
My name is Elizabeth Stryker, PT, DPT, and I am a pelvic health physical therapist. After earning my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University, I completed specialized pelvic health training at the Cleveland Clinic.
I still remember my professors in PT school emphasizing the importance of being a lifelong learner. That lesson couldn’t be more relevant in the field of pelvic health. I’m incredibly proud to be part of this dynamic and growing community.
The research in this area is both abundant and evolving—from the coordination of breathwork and pelvic floor function, to the use of vagus nerve techniques for calming the nervous system, to expanding access to pregnancy and postpartum care, to functional exercise strategies for managing leakage.
I’m deeply grateful to love what I do, and that passion shines through in every treatment session.
